Diversa was founded in 2021 by Diana and Francisco, a duo of multidisciplinary data scientists with diverse backgrounds. Our team expands and adapts according to each project's needs, bringing together data architects and engineers, UI/UX designers, researchers and academics, scientists from various fields, artists, activists, and decision makers. This flexible, multidisciplinary approach allows us to tackle complex challenges from different perspectives, enriching our work through diverse expertise and viewpoints.
Physicist and passionate about design, technology, and AI research. Her work focuses on AI ethics, privacy, political implications, as well as cutting-edge product design and the improvement of human-computer interaction (HCI). At Diversa, she leads the research and design teams, applying this knowledge to technological development. She is deeply interested in exploring the intersection between feminism, power dynamics, and the evolving technological landscape.

Diana Mosquera

AI / ML Researcher

He has a background in Economics and Econometrics, with a professional trajectory that evolved towards Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. He leads technology teams at Diversa, where he combines machine learning and spatial data analysis in consulting, development and research projects. His work includes initiatives in the enterprise sector and in diverse areas such as society, natural resources, community challenges and inclusion of underrepresented groups.
